1. Who we are
ListingFlow is a Chrome extension provided by Optify ("Optify," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the ListingFlow extension, website, and related services.
2. Information we collect
- Google account information: when you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and a Google account identifier.
- Listing content: source and translated listing text, screenshots, promotional images, target languages, and related translation settings you choose to process or save.
- Subscription information: plan, status, billing identifiers, and transaction metadata. Payment processors handle complete payment-card details; we do not store them.
- Technical information: extension version, browser and device details, diagnostic events, and basic usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve ListingFlow.
- Communications: information you provide when requesting access, support, or otherwise contacting us.
3. Gemini API keys and AI processing
ListingFlow uses a bring-your-own-key model. Your Gemini API key is stored locally using Chrome's extension storage and is not stored on Optify servers. When you request a translation, the key and content needed for that request are sent directly to Google's Gemini API. Google processes that data under the terms and privacy settings of your Google Cloud or Gemini API account.
Gemini API charges are separate from any ListingFlow subscription and are billed by Google to your account. You are responsible for reviewing Google's terms, data-use controls, retention practices, and charges.
4. How we use information
- Provide authentication, saved projects, translations, listing-fill workflows, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, and improve service performance.
- Send service, account, billing, and policy communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, billing, analytics, email, and customer support; with Google when you use Google Authentication or the Gemini API; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction. Providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise described in their own terms when you contract with them directly.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Some settings, including your Gemini API key, remain in Chrome extension storage on your device or synchronized by Chrome according to your browser settings. Account, subscription, listing, asset, and translation data may be stored by our service providers so ListingFlow can provide saved workflows.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide ListingFlow, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can remove your Gemini API key from the extension, revoke Google sign-in access through your Google account, uninstall ListingFlow, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may be retained where legally required.
8. International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. ListingFlow is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as ListingFlow changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@optify.agency.
